E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop focused)

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Marketing Specialist focused on TikTok Shop to drive growth for TopFoxx, a women‑owned NYC eyewear brand. The role combines data‑driven analysis, creator collaboration, and hands‑on creative execution to boost revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze TikTok Shop performance, identify gaps, and develop strategies to increase GMV, conversion and daily sales.
• Grow the affiliate creator base to 5,000+ active monthly creators and raise the sales‑driving video rate from 1‑2% to 5%.
• Design and test creative hooks, angles and content briefs for creators and paid media.
• Execute simple creative edits using tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva.
• Review product and landing pages, recommend conversion improvements and align messaging across organic, creator and paid channels.
• Track and report key metrics (GMV, revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, creator posting frequency, etc.) and iterate on tactics.

Required profile

• Strong marketer comfortable with short‑form video and quick platform learning.
• Hands‑on, data‑oriented problem solver who can independently investigate, strategize, execute and optimise.
