SAP PaPM Finance Analyst – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical SAP PaPM Finance Analyst to join our regional Finance and Performance Management team. In this position you will bridge complex financial logic with advanced data technology, designing and maintaining allocation models, profitability simulations, and transfer pricing frameworks for our Latin American operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure calculation functions, allocation rules, and formulas within SAP PaPM.
• Create end‑to‑end profitability, cost allocation, and transfer pricing models and keep drivers, cost pools, and allocation keys up to date.
• Validate that PaPM outputs reconcile with the general ledger and financial statements.
• Run "what‑if" scenarios, forecasting models, and margin analyses to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Partner with SAP HANA data engineers to source, map, and clean data from SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) and non‑SAP systems.
• Collaborate with BI teams to build executive dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and Fiori.
• Document data lineage, model logic, and system configurations for audit and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate controlling, cost accounting or management consulting.
• Deep understanding of financial logic, costing, tax and transfer pricing.
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP PaPM in HANA‑based environments.
