About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading ground‑transportation marketplace. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality and technology providers, and managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology partners.
  • Present the platform’s value proposition, conduct demos and align solutions with partner needs.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, negotiations and closing.
  • Represent the company at global industry events to generate leads and secure partnerships.
  • Track performance against revenue targets and report progress regularly.
  • Co‑design partner marketing initiatives and use data dashboards to prioritize opportunities.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
  • Proven record of closing commercial agreements with travel‑industry partners.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key events.
