About the role

World Market is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join its in‑store team. You will help customers discover unique home décor, gifts, and international foods while delivering a fun and memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Process in‑store purchases and online‑order pickups at the register.
• Maintain merchandising standards, pricing, signage, and replenish sales‑floor inventory.
• Assist with freight processing and truck unloads as needed.
• Support a safe and clean shopping environment.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and respect for a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to start conversations with customers.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lb.
