Sales and Client Services Associate (Remote)

About the role

A full-time, fully remote Sales and Client Services Associate position based in Mexico or Argentina, working Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern time. The role covers business development and sales, client success and relationship management, and scheduling and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales process from initial inquiry through booking and conversion, and respond promptly to inbound calls, emails and leads
• Follow up with prospects, conduct outreach to schools, community organizations and potential partners, and reconnect with past clients
• Educate prospects on services and recommend the best programs for their needs
• Deliver an excellent customer experience, build relationships with clients, families, schools and partners, and address questions and concerns proactively
• Coordinate bookings for private lessons, birthday parties, studio rentals and programs, and keep client records and sales activity tracked
• Manage follow-up schedules and outreach pipelines, and enter bookings and client data accurately into company systems

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, client success or account management
• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and close opportunities
• Organized, able to handle several conversations and priorities at once, and comfortable working independently remotely
• Strong sales experience, including closing and handling objections
• Excellent spoken and written English and comfort with high-volume phone calls

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
• Bonus: experience with MindBody or similar scheduling software, and experience in education, fitness, events, hospitality or service-based businesses

What we offer

• Pay of $1,800 - $2,200 per month, paid directly by the client
• Direct client relationship, with the client handling payments and deciding on vacation and holidays
