Risk & Compliance Policy and Standards Analyst

About the role

The Policy & Standards Analyst will support the Enterprise Technology (ET) risk and compliance team by maintaining policies, standards and guidance, and driving adoption across the technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support ET policy and standards governance, including document maintenance, review cycles, approvals, publication and reporting.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Risk Management, Legal, Privacy and Service Quality Management to align policies with enterprise requirements.
• Research emerging regulatory and compliance requirements and develop technology guidance and implementation materials.
• Develop and deliver policy communications, education, awareness and adoption activities.
• Maintain implementation and compliance trackers, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Risk Management, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology governance, compliance, risk management, information security, audit or policy management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Experience using SharePoint
• Knowledge of Power BI and collaboration platforms
