Cyber Remediation Coordinator

About the role

The Cyber Remediation Coordinator within EY's Cyber & Investigative Services will coordinate the mitigation of high‑severity vulnerabilities on a global scale. The role blends vulnerability management, incident response, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities identified by the Vulnerability Discovery team together with application support teams.
• Follow SOPs and internal playbooks for business‑as‑usual handling and escalation.
• Serve as liaison between security consultants, business units, and other security teams.
• Prioritize, organize, optimize and automate daily remediation operations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for off‑hours incident response.

Required profile

• Good foundational knowledge of vulnerability management frameworks and programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage obstacles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in vulnerability management or security operations.
