Revenue Operations & Growth Systems Architect

About the role

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is looking for a systems‑minded operator to architect, automate and optimise the entire revenue engine for its fast‑growing Capital Advisory Program. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, CRM architecture, automation, lifecycle marketing, sales operations and customer journey engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise HubSpot CRM architecture, including lifecycle stages, deal stages and scalable pipelines.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing, SMS/email nurture sequences, onboarding flows and no‑show re‑engagement workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, Make, APIs and webhooks.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to track CPLC, AC, show rates, close rates, funding approval rates and pipeline velocity.
• Engineer the end‑to‑end client journey, improving onboarding, communication, reminders and follow‑up to reduce friction and increase retention.
• Align marketing, sales, setters, closers and fulfillment into a single operating system with proper lead attribution and tracking.

Required profile

• Systems‑minded, proactive and highly organised with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Comfortable working directly with a founder/operator in a fast‑moving environment.
• Analytical and obsessed with eliminating revenue leaks and bottlenecks.

Required skills

• Strong HubSpot experience (CRM architecture, pipeline design, workflow automation).
• Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Calendly and Twilio.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting.
