Remote US Immigration Attorney (Colombia Licensed)

About the role

Colombo & Hurd is seeking a licensed attorney in Colombia to join its global immigration team. Working remotely, you will collaborate with U.S.-based attorneys and paralegals to manage complex U.S. immigration cases for high‑potential individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and strategize EB‑2 National Interest Waiver and EB‑1 immigrant visa cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration statutes.
• Draft persuasive petitions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Communicate clearly with clients, gathering documentation and providing status updates.
• Coordinate with a geographically dispersed legal team to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Required profile

• Active law license in Colombia.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Passion for immigration law and desire to make a positive impact.

Required skills

• Legal research.

• Knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, especially EB‑2 and EB‑1 categories.
