Remote Salesforce Technical Consultant – LATAM/Argentina

About the role

Join Precursive's LATAM/Argentina Delivery Team as a Salesforce Technical Consultant. You will work remotely on the Precursive native Salesforce solution, handling configuration, data migration, and deployments while collaborating with Solution Architects and Project Managers across North and South American time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Perform data migrations, mapping, transformations, and imports with Data Importer.
• Deploy changes from sandbox to production using Gearset or Change Sets.
• Coordinate with architects, managers, and consultants, providing updates during stand‑ups and virtual customer sessions.
• Support testing phases, assist UAT, and deliver post‑deployment support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and create documentation for support teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, junior consulting, or analysis.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overlapping US Eastern or Central time zones.

Required skills

• Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes.
• Change Sets or Gearset deployment tools.
• Data migration and import processes (Data Importer).
• Familiarity with Salesforce‑native apps or AppExchange solutions.
