Remote Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Objective Recruiting is seeking a Remote Recruiting Specialist to lead outbound sourcing and headhunting for both internal hires and Canadian client candidates. You will work in a fast‑paced startup environment, focusing on data‑driven hiring outcomes while collaborating with co‑founders and account managers via Slack and Zoom.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates through outbound sourcing and headhunting.
• Facilitate structured candidate assessments and deliver transparent, objective hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategy and client hiring goals.
• Support both internal recruitment needs and Canadian client talent acquisition.
• Adapt to a flexible scope that may include client hiring, internal recruitment, sourcing, and assessment processes.
