Remote Recruiter – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to join a leading global staffing firm. In this associate‑level position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, handling follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and refine job descriptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
