Remote Producer – Video Campaigns

About the role

High Scale is seeking a Remote Producer to orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑volume video campaigns for leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty and DTC brands. You will act as the central nervous system, linking client goals with creative execution across TV and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple video campaigns from brief to final delivery.
• Build and enforce detailed production schedules, coordinating Art Directors, Editors and Creators.
• Allocate resources and oversee budgets, tracking actuals versus estimates.
• Translate strategy and client feedback into actionable production tasks.
• Maintain quality‑control checkpoints to meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Master and continuously improve remote workflow tools (Asana, ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io).

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a Producer in a digital agency, production company or high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record delivering high‑volume video campaigns for social media or TV.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and timeline management.
