Marketing Channel Delivery Manager – LATAM Cluster

About the role

The Global Operations Services Center (GOSC) is looking for a Marketing Channel Delivery Manager to lead marketing channel and sample services for Pfizer’s International Markets in Latin America. You will partner with local brand, marketing, BOPs, Digital and Commercial Excellence teams to design and execute digital and sample strategies that meet HCP and patient needs while ensuring compliance and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume, multi‑market sample operations, including annual plans, warehouse oversight, audit readiness and deviation handling.
• Oversee outbound email marketing campaigns from brief creation through performance review.
• Guide the HCP portal (PfizerPro) strategy, governance and above‑brand oversight to improve customer experience.
• Implement and scale two‑way social communications, ensuring process compliance.
• Govern ePermission data collection, quality and reporting to support customer acquisition.
• Provide omnichannel reporting, KPI consistency and insights across global dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with local teams, translate global standards into actionable market plans, and drive adoption.
• Lead training, capability building and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• BA required; MBA or equivalent Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in digital/omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with medical sample management and compliance requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple markets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to work across Americas time zones.
