Remote Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Email Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This hands‑on position requires you to build, launch, and optimise campaigns yourself, rather than merely coordinating external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, handling structure, targeting, creative testing, budgeting and bid strategies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR, quickly identifying performance issues.
• Design, launch and manage email marketing flows, broadcast campaigns, segmentation and A/B testing using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp and GoHighLevel.
• Create visual assets for paid ads, social media and email, including basic motion/video elements.
• Write high‑converting ad copy, email content and overall marketing messaging.
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of handling $100K+ USD monthly ad spend profitably.
• Experience managing paid media for several brands simultaneously.
• Excellent written English (C1/C2) and strong analytical mindset.
