Remote Legal Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Legal Case Manager to join our team and support U.S. law firms. You will manage cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring smooth progress while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own case progression, managing active cases from intake to settlement or trial.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain critical legal documents with precision.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering essential information.
• Collect, track, and organize all records needed for efficient case processing.
• Monitor deadlines, filings, and internal milestones to keep legal workflows on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure cases stay on track.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in legal case management or legal operations.
• Deep understanding of legal procedures and case workflows.
• Exceptional time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple active cases.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with U.S. legal procedures and documentation standards.
