Remote Immigration Paralegal / Case Manager

About the role

Robinson Immigration Law is seeking a full‑time, remote Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager to support high‑skill, business and investment‑based visa applications. You will work directly with attorneys and clients to prepare and file petitions such as EB‑1A, EB‑2 NIW, O‑1 and E‑2.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to collect required documentation and provide case updates.
• Conduct legal research and draft support letters, petitions, and other immigration forms.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure all deadlines are calendared.
• Collaborate with attorneys to review and finalize submissions.
• Track case status and manage multiple concurrent files efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience with EB‑1A, EB‑2 NIW, L‑1, O‑1 or E‑2 visa processes.
• Strong legal research, case management and document preparation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
