Remote Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to support Pathfinder Hospitality. The freelancer will create and schedule on‑brand social content and short‑form videos for multiple client accounts, working independently on a flexible, project‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a full month of social media posts (≈2 per week) per client based on brand guidelines.
• Edit client‑provided footage into engaging reels and short videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all graphics, colors, typography and voice.
• Onboard new client brands by gathering mission, voice, logos and style assets.
• Submit content for approval, schedule it via a social‑scheduling platform and repeat the cycle each month.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal team during brief check‑ins.

Required profile

• Proficient in social media marketing and content creation.
• Conversational English.
• Reliable, quality‑focused and responsive communicator.

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Canva
• Google Drive
• Social‑scheduling platforms

What we offer

• USD 11.5 per hour, 1099 freelance contract.
