Remote Frontend Web Developer (HTML & CSS)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a high‑traffic platform for a global technology leader. The contract position involves turning design mock‑ups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces while ensuring cross‑browser compatibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS and related technologies.
• Implement responsive layouts and mobile‑first designs across devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma, Sketch or similar mock‑ups into functional UI elements.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Optimize front‑end performance and conduct code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first approaches.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or utility frameworks.
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging.
