Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Developer to join a fully remote AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
