Remote Chat Operator – AI Interaction Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a fully remote, global team based in Argentina. In this role you will monitor AI‑assisted conversations, ensure high‑quality interactions, and help improve automated response systems.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and monitor live chat streams for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth conversation flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct inaccuracies.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and AI companions.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identify strengths and weaknesses, and report technical or content issues.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Fast learner with strong written Russian skills and solid command of English.
