About the role

We are expanding our in‑house accounting team and need a detail‑oriented bookkeeping and tax specialist who can work remotely from Latin America to support our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for US clients using QuickBooks.
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Collaborate closely with our US‑based CPA to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Required profile

Hands‑on experience with US federal and state tax preparation and filing.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working across time zones.
