Remote Bookkeeper & Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our fully remote team as a Bookkeeper and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. The role blends day‑to‑day bookkeeping with end‑to‑end coordination of residential real‑estate transactions, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth closings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, including transaction categorisation and account reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card statements on a regular basis.
• Prepare, organise, and manage all documents required for real‑estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Create and maintain real‑estate listings and ensure all required forms, especially Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) forms, are completed.
• Monitor deadlines and compliance requirements, guaranteeing paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
• Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies and other parties throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks, including account reconciliation and transaction categorisation.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, handling residential deals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
