Remote Appointment Setter for Medical Lead Generation

About the role

Globaltize is seeking a full‑time Appointment Setter to drive revenue for high‑impact medical businesses. You will work remotely across Latin America, handling outbound calls, texts and voicemails to convert pre‑qualified leads into booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 300 outbound calls per day, leave voicemails and send follow‑up texts.
• Set appointments for multiple client accounts, quickly switching between service profiles.
• Respond to inbound texts and book appointments when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Participate in daily Slack communication, end‑of‑day reporting and regular training sessions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of appointment‑setting or sales experience.
• Fluent English with a clear, easy‑to‑understand accent; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Highly coachable, reliable and able to demonstrate measurable improvement.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack for team communication.
• Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) to manage leads and appointments.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of USD 10‑12.
• Remote work for residents of Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, El Salvador, Honduras, México, Perú, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Guatemala.
• Progressive schedule: part‑time onboarding week, full‑time (40 h/week) by week’s end.
