Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Android Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The role is fully asynchronous, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America while contributing to the quality of AI models used by developers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
