Regional Procurement Expert (Senior)

About the role

We seek a Regional Procurement Expert who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in the new technological era.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage productive and non‑productive purchases, including supplier analysis, quote requests and option selection.
• Ensure direct purchasing requirements are met in quantity, quality and commercial terms by selecting and developing suitable regional and global suppliers.
• Analyze and execute purchase requests from various company areas.
• Request estimates and quotes from potential vendors.
• Identify, evaluate and develop new suppliers while assessing existing ones.
• Continuously improve purchasing processes to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
• Prepare and present reports and statistics for the procurement area.

Required profile

• Enjoy solving problems and can view issues from a broader perspective.
• Work with integrity, autonomy and strong negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Internal customer orientation and upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Relevant experience in similar procurement positions.
• University degree or near completion in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Intermediate SAP Ariba knowledge.
