Recruitment Manager – Remote

About the role

UpCounting is seeking a strategic Recruitment Manager to own and execute its hiring plan as the company scales rapidly. This fully remote position blends hands‑on talent acquisition with people‑team leadership, ensuring high‑quality hires and a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a hiring roadmap aligned with ambitious growth targets.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across key markets.
• Lead, coach, and grow a small recruitment team to maintain high performance and consistency.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Support broader people‑operations initiatives such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employer branding, and agency partnership management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven track record scaling a company from 60+ employees through rapid growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present clear recruitment metrics.
• Ownership mentality, problem‑solving orientation, and comfort in fast‑paced settings.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and optimization.
• Expertise with recruitment platforms and creative sourcing techniques.
