Recruitment Coordinator (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Toronto‑based consultancy while working remotely from Argentina. This contract role is ideal for a mid‑level professional who enjoys managing end‑to‑end hiring processes and connecting talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview scheduling.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidate fit.
• Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
