Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding processes in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will act as the local point of contact for People Operations, ensuring a smooth, well‑documented experience for candidates and new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks and enter data into HR systems such as Rippling.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers with accurate, timely information.
• Identify gaps in recruiting workflows and propose or build improvements.
• Set up new hires in payroll, HR and system‑access tools; assist with onboarding planning.
• Manage employee records and support off‑boarding processes.
• Organise team activities, events and internal communications for milestones.
• Serve as the local HR point of contact 1‑2 days per week for routine employee questions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support or related administrative roles.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates, not only screening inbound applications.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment and building processes.
• Fluent or near‑native written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using HR systems (Rippling is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
