Recruitment Assistant – Buenos Aires

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support its talent acquisition efforts across the organization. Based in Buenos Aires, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and proactively recruit experienced candidates for multiple roles within TransPerfect.
• Assist in developing position descriptions and creating advertising resources.
• Screen incoming resumes and CVs to identify suitable applicants.
• Administer testing procedures and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Generate offer and rejection letters in a timely manner.
• Handle clerical employment tasks, including completion of health, employment, and insurance forms.
• Notify relevant departments of new hire start dates and the requisitions they will fill.
• Support special projects or additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and time‑management skills.
