Recruiting Manager – Solar & Construction (Field Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead all hiring efforts for field‑based positions across Texas for a fast‑growing solar and roofing company. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skilled trades professionals such as electricians, solar installers, and roofers while building a scalable recruiting function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for field positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified trades talent.
• Build and optimise recruiting workflows, processes, and best practices.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organised recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates.
• Make hiring recommendations and act as the primary decision‑maker for field hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Establish relationships with trade schools, referral networks, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, solar, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics or other blue‑collar industries.
• Experience recruiting electricians, roofers, installers, technicians or similar labor positions.
• Residency in Latin America.
• Fluent English for application materials and communication.
• Willingness to provide professional references and update LinkedIn profile if engaged.
