Recruiting Manager – Own Our Talent Engine

About the role

We are building a recruiting engine from the ground up and need a Recruiting Manager to own its design, implementation, and ongoing operation. This remote, full‑time position works on US Eastern hours and supports both Limitless Agency’s internal hiring and client‑side recruitment engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive the end‑to‑end recruiting system during the first 90 days, collaborating with tech‑ops, operations, and technical teams.
• Create role‑specific scorecards for five families (Revenue, Client Delivery, Operations, Creative, Leadership) by interviewing top performers.
• Define and implement the screening funnel, including application knockouts, video screens, Predictive Index targets, skills tests, and structured interview guides.
• Specify pipeline automation requirements and work with tech‑ops to build them in GoHighLevel.
• Write job ad templates, rejection messages, reference scripts, and geographic pay bands.
• Maintain a live bench of pre‑vetted candidates, proactively headhunt on LinkedIn and other platforms, and interview 20‑30 candidates monthly.
• Conduct intake calls to clarify role requirements and provide strategic hiring recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing recruiting processes or talent acquisition projects.
• Strong project‑ownership mindset with ability to drive cross‑functional teams toward clear outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate hiring needs into actionable workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely across US Eastern hours and collaborating with teams in Latin America.
