Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. In this role you will source, screen and coordinate candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both applicants and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial evaluations and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms, keeping them up‑to‑date.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding documentation and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and recruitment tools.
