Recruiter (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Shapely is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for both U.S. healthcare talent and global corporate roles. Working remotely from Argentina, you will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to design and execute recruitment strategies that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for healthcare profiles in the United States (Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians) and corporate positions worldwide.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and recruitment plans.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, optimizing time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding through job descriptions and outreach messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Proven track record recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strategic, self‑driven and comfortable in fast‑moving startup environments.
