About the role

ARQARQ is a fast‑growing fintech looking for a proactive Recruiter to shape its talent acquisition strategy. You will work directly with co‑founders and the executive team to attract top‑tier candidates and build scalable hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define roles, seniorities and create hiring playbooks for A‑players.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, networks and other channels, not relying solely on inbound applications.
• Track pipelines and conversion rates, using data to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Act as an ambassador for ARQARQ, communicating the company vision to attract high‑quality talent.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment systems, tools and rituals.
• Iterate weekly on outreach, interview processes and overall candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring A‑players in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high EQ to assess cultural fit and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in managing candidate funnels.
• Resourceful, able to leverage LinkedIn and internal networks for sourcing.
• Team player with a relentless drive to close positions.
