Recruiter – Argentina

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts in Argentina. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation processes.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
