About the role

Join Lenovo's Sales Support team as a Quote Management Analyst, helping to accelerate contract processes and boost customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work with diverse stakeholders and develop your career in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

Create, maintain, renew and register contracts.
Validate terms and conditions and generate proposal and price quotes.
Prepare audit‑ready documentation and maintain storage.
Analyze and manage inventory related to quotations.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, quotation management, sales support or similar operational functions.
Strong analytical ability to gather, interpret and maintain accurate data and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

Advanced Excel, including data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
