Consultant – Commercial Strategy

About the role

You will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization while building excellence in the commercial organization. The role involves supporting cross‑functional project management and delivering high‑quality client materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research and identify relevant data sources.
• Support cross‑functional management of projects both for the client and internally at Syneos Health.
• Create and quality‑check project deliverables, incorporating feedback from project leadership.
• Develop compelling storyboards and communicate data through text, graphics, and images.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to develop client deliverables autonomously.

Required skills

• Secondary research and data analysis.
• Strategic decision‑making and communication of findings.
