Quality Assurance Analyst – Food Safety & Supplier Programs

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Givaudan you will coordinate the administration and maintenance of certified Quality and Food Safety systems, ensuring alignment with global policies. You will also improve the management of supplier and customer quality programmes while working four days on‑site in Munro and one day remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of local Quality and Food Safety systems in line with global policies.
• Maintain and continuously update the local quality documentation system.
• Lead execution of internal audits for Quality Management and Food Safety standards.
• Organise Quality and Food Safety training for employees.
• Coordinate Supplier and Customer Quality programmes according to global policies.
• Lead customer audit processes and manage resulting actions.
• Plan and lead supplier audit processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in Quality Assurance, preferably with international certification standards.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
• Experience handling customer complaints and food safety crisis management.
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene, SAP, root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving tools (certifications required).
