- Work closely with the Argentina Facilities Execution team to align midstream developments with facilities plans and project execution.
- Coordinate engineering and commercial discussions on gas processing, NGL recovery and transportation, and review engineering studies, conceptual designs and technical proposals.
- Support the evaluation, development and execution of strategic midstream opportunities, and identify technical, commercial, operational and execution risks with mitigation plans.
- Support negotiations and technical evaluations of transportation, processing and midstream service agreements.
- Stay aware of industry developments, technologies and regulatory trends, and support project governance, decision-making and executive presentations.

- At least 8 years of experience in oil and gas facilities, gas processing, midstream operations or related infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities and working with third-party operators, midstream companies or joint venture partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with proven success in multicultural, matrix organizations and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Native-level Spanish (written and verbal) and fluent English (written and verbal).
Required skills
- Natural gas treatment, gas processing, NGL recovery and process engineering principles.
- Knowledge of natural gas quality and pipeline specifications.
- Familiarity with industry standards, process safety principles and project development practices.
- Preferred: experience with major gas processing or NGL projects, commercial negotiations, project execution or project management, and knowledge of the Argentine oil and gas environment.
