Project Manager – Telecommunications (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications projects for a fast‑growing international organization. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑impact technical solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of telecom projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including RF, Network Operations, Engineering, Field Operations and external vendors.
• Manage project planning, risk assessment, resource allocation and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Align technical teams with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous process improvements and adopt project‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing telecommunications or network‑infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of wireless communications, mobile networks, RF systems and telecom infrastructure.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
