Project Manager – Strategic Growth Initiatives

About the role

Willow is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives that expand customer reach and scale new touchpoints. The role coordinates product, design, engineering, marketing, operations and external partners to translate high‑level objectives into actionable plans and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and dependency maps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, managing scope, timelines and resource constraints.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive clear ownership, communication and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand‑ups and status updates.
• Translate high‑level goals into actionable tasks and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong risk, gap and dependency identification skills with limited initial context.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
