Project Manager – Real Estate Construction

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real estate construction projects in Argentina. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met while managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets and contracts with general contractors and vendors.
• Review construction work, approve capital expenditures and cost estimates.
• Lead client and consultant meetings, present updates at all project stages.
• Identify and control construction cost drivers, track milestones and mitigate schedule slips.
• Oversee quality control, design management, and value‑engineering sessions.
• Handle dispute resolution, change orders and payment requests.
• Coordinate handover of building operations, documentation and warranties to the client.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience in corporate occupier, retail or real‑estate sectors.
• Engineering or architectural degree (chartered status preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
