Project Manager – High-End Custom Home Construction

About the role

The client, a Florida‑based custom home builder, seeks a remote Project Manager to coordinate high‑end residential projects across the US. You will act as the central communication hub, linking management, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and discerning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Read, interpret, and manage construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze vendor estimates and construction budgets, ensuring alignment with quality, schedule, and client expectations.
• Track project requirements, follow‑ups, deliverables, and outstanding items.
• Maintain professional client communications with a focus on responsiveness and detail.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of professional experience on US‑based construction projects, preferably high‑end residential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
