Project Coordinator

About the role

Our client seeks a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage the administrative and operational workflow of residential window and door projects from signed agreement through installation, final payment, and closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from agreement to installation and closeout, maintaining accurate notes, documentation, and CRM information.
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and installation crews, answering inbound calls and providing updates.
• Request and track quotes, support proposals, collect missing information, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate measurements, material deliveries, and installations, confirming orders are received and documented correctly.
• Track manufacturer pricing, orders, and delivery status; manage change orders, service issues, warranties, and claims.
• Provide weekly project status updates, support sales‑to‑installation transition, and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in project coordination, construction administration, operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities and comfort coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred; window and door industry experience is a strong plus.
