Project Manager – Customer Onboarding & Implementation

About the role

Rallyware is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects within its Professional Services team. You will work closely with Business Solution and Technical Solution Consultants as well as customer project teams to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live.
• Coordinate activities across Rallyware consultants, internal stakeholders, and customer teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between business and technical workstreams.
• Track risks, dependencies, escalations, and action items to support smooth project execution.

• Proactive and highly communicative with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing implementation projects for enterprise SaaS customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
