Project Manager - Argentina

About the role

NextLink Labs is seeking a Project Manager to lead client engagements in its consulting practice. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering software and technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client engagements, from kickoff through delivery and closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget aligned with statements of work.
• Manage scope changes, negotiate discrepancies, and process change orders.
• Track budget, forecast burn, coordinate invoicing inputs, and align resources with delivery leadership.
• Provide regular status updates, sprint reviews, risk and issue reports, and ensure PM compliance.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, building trust, managing expectations, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Contribute to internal PM practice through process improvements, template creation, and mentorship.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in software or technology consulting.
• Strong customer‑obsession and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational rigor and ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Experience working in professional services or consulting environments.
