Project Management Senior Associate – Tax Innovation Delivery

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Project Management Senior Associate focused on Tax Innovation Delivery. You will lead multiple tax‑related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with global advisory, assurance and business services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage several tax projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule and budget.
• Apply Agile methodology and Scrum practices to improve execution and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, governance frameworks and risk registers.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and facilitate clear communication.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, allocate resources and report status.
• Conduct budgeting, resource planning and process‑mapping activities to optimise delivery.
• Support the establishment and improvement of PMO structures and standards.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to anticipate client and team needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
