Project Management Analyst

About the role

IQVIA Laboratories is looking for a Project Management Analyst to coordinate low‑complexity IT projects in Buenos Aires. The role involves maintaining project artifacts, supporting collaboration across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, monitor communications, and maintain internal trackers, reports and documentation.
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, document systems and Confluence pages.
• Prepare financial forecast drafts, update resource models and generate monthly metrics for the PMO.
• Manage scope, costs, risks, status and deliverables of low‑complexity projects under supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with laboratory work or clinical trials is a plus.
