Project Coordinator – Remote (US Time Zone)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to act as the backbone of our production process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams while delivering email‑marketing projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production across client accounts using ClickUp.
• Transfer briefs, assign tasks, and keep project statuses accurate.
• Handle client communications for approvals, feedback, and ad‑hoc requests.
• Identify and flag delays or risks to strategists promptly.
• Coordinate quality‑assurance checks before deliverables reach clients.
• Facilitate team meetings and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of email marketing and retention campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written communication, sharp attention to detail, and consistent follow‑through.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving, and comfortable owning outcomes.
